For med spas, aesthetic clinics and injectors
A done-for-you AI front desk for med spas. Ava answers the 11 PM "does it hurt?" and "how much is lip filler?" in your approved words, books the consult, sends anything clinical straight to your provider, and follows up on every ad lead until they come in.
Never gives medical advice. No per-chat fees. No contract. No sales call.
Where med spas lose new clients
People research injectables and lasers late at night, usually after seeing your ad. They have a handful of nervous questions and they message two or three med spas at once. The one that answers first, kindly and clearly, gets the consult.
of Lead Machine's monthly fee is covered by one booked lip filler appointment.
Example math: one $650 syringe ÷ $49 a monthis when "how long does Botox last?" usually shows up. Your coordinator went home hours ago.
is when the DMs pile up, because your providers are with patients and can't stop to answer.
Consults that don't book a treatment on the spot need a follow-up. Most never get one.

The questions your clients ask
Here's how Ava handles what new clients ask every med spa, every day. Yours answers from your real menu, prices and approved wording.
Most people describe it as a quick pinch, and your injector can use ice or numbing to keep you comfortable. Want me to book a free consult so they can walk you through it?
It's $12 per unit here. The number of units depends on the area, and your injector will give you an exact quote at your free consult. Want Wednesday or Saturday?
Results typically last several months to a year, depending on the product and the person. Your injector will tell you what to expect for you at your consult.
That's one for your provider, since it depends on your skin and hair. The consult is free and takes about 20 minutes. Want me to grab you a time?
I can't give medical advice, so that's a question for your provider. I've flagged it so they can talk it through with you before anything is booked.
Most clients are a little pink for a day or two. Your provider will give you aftercare instructions at your appointment. Want to see open times?
I can't assess that, and I want you looked after. Please call us right now so your injector can check in. If you have trouble breathing or severe pain, call 911. I've alerted your injector.
We do! The Glow membership is $149 a month and includes a monthly facial plus 10% off injectables. Want the details, or a free consult first?

One night at a med spa with Ava
Maya taps your Instagram ad and asks about lip filler. Ava answers with your price and your wording, then offers two consult times.
Saturday at 11 AM. Maya gets a confirmation email, and your injector gets a note that it's her first time.
Another visitor asks whether filler is safe while breastfeeding. Ava doesn't answer it. She saves the email and flags the question for your provider.
Both conversations are in your inbox. One consult is already booked, and one question is waiting for your provider's reply.
The visitor who didn't book gets a short email in your voice. The follow-ups stop the moment she books.
On Bot Squad, the next morning you get a "did they show?" email. Tap no-show and she gets one note inviting her to rebook.
Test drive
This is the real Ava, live. Ask whether she works with your booking software, how she'd handle a patient asking if they're a candidate, or which plan fits your practice.
Tap a question to copy it, then paste it into the chat:
The engine behind it
Before anyone else got one, Ava ran the front desk for Laurie's own online Pilates teacher certification and caught 36 leads with nobody watching the chat. For med spas we kept that engine and added the clinical guardrails above.
How it works
Day 1
Check out and spend 5 minutes with the intake assistant. Have your treatment menu, prices and consult link handy.
Days 2 to 4
You get a one-page list of what Ava will and won't answer, in plain words. Edit anything you like.
Day 5
Ask about reactions, pregnancy, "am I a candidate?" and refunds. Nothing goes live until the wording is yours.
Every month
Send this month's specials or new treatments and we update Ava. A human reviews the real chats, and you get a short report.

Med spa owner questions
It works alongside them. Ava lives on your website and her own chat link, and your booking software stays the place where appointments, payments and forms live. If your system allows outside booking, we set Ava up to book directly and confirm that during intake. If not, she hands clients your exact consult link and follows up until they've booked.
No. Ava never diagnoses anyone, never says whether someone is a candidate, and never comments on medications, conditions, pregnancy, dosing or results for a specific person. She answers general questions in wording you approve and hands anything clinical to your provider with the full conversation. If someone describes a reaction after a treatment, she tells them to call your clinic right away, or 911 in an emergency, and alerts you instantly.
Ava is built to stay out of medical records. She collects a name, email and the treatment someone is curious about, and never asks for medical history, medications or photos. Intake, consent and health forms stay in your booking or EMR software. If your practice requires a signed BAA for any tool that touches client conversations, tell us at intake before we build. If your requirements can't be met, your build fee is refunded.
Yes, exactly the prices or ranges you approve, such as per unit, per syringe, per area or per package. When the final price depends on the person, Ava says so and offers a consult for an exact quote. She never invents a discount or special you didn't approve.
Send your ad traffic to your website or to Ava's own chat link. Everyone who chats and leaves an email gets follow-up emails in your voice on days 1, 2, 5 and 9, which stop the moment they book. On Lead Machine and Bot Squad, leads also go straight into your email list or CRM.
On Bot Squad, you get one short email the morning after each bot-booked consult asking whether they showed. If they didn't, tap the button and they get a single friendly note inviting them to rebook. You decide who gets it, and nobody is nudged twice.
Yes, on Bot Squad. Export clients who haven't booked in the last six months from your software, pick the reason to come back (a seasonal special, a new treatment, a membership perk), approve the email, and it goes out once. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
No. It handles the after-hours questions and first replies, so your coordinator starts the day with booked consults instead of a pile of DMs. Anything that needs judgment, like a clinical concern, a complaint or a big package, goes straight to your team with the full conversation.
The ones your coordinator answers ten times a day: what a treatment is, how long results usually last, typical downtime, price per unit or syringe, how consults work, what to expect at the first visit, the prep and aftercare notes you've written, deposits, cancellations, memberships, packages and gift cards. Only in wording you approve.
No. Ava never asks for or reviews photos, and she won't tell anyone what results they'd get. She can point people to the before-and-after gallery on your website and offer a consult, where your provider can assess them in person.
Ava doesn't handle payments. If your consults need a deposit, she sends people to your booking link, where your software takes the deposit, and follows up with anyone who doesn't finish booking.
Yes, if your booking link or software lets clients choose a provider. Ava asks who they'd like to see, or offers whoever is free, and passes notes to that person. Practices with several injectors or locations usually fit Bot Squad.
Answer Bot is $29/month plus a $197 build. Lead Machine, which adds consult booking and follow-up, is $49/month plus $397. Bot Squad, with up to 3 bots, is $99/month plus $797. There are no per-chat fees, so a busy ad month costs the same, and no contract.
Your treatment menu with prices, your consult or booking link, your cancellation and deposit policy, and about 10 minutes on test day to approve the wording. Most med spas are live about a week after checkout. There's no sales call, and installing it means pasting one line into your website settings.
She says so and offers to have your team follow up, instead of guessing. Unknown questions, upset clients and anyone ready to buy a package are handed to you with the full chat. Each month a human reviews the conversations and adds answers you approve.
Leads go to your email and your list, and they're yours even if you cancel. Ava only collects a name, email and the treatment they asked about. Payments, medical history and consent forms stay in your booking or EMR software.
Laurie Alfano, a Boca Raton business owner who built Ava for her own Pilates teacher certification first. Atlas, her AI build partner, sets up each med spa bot, writes the guardrails for your approval and reviews the chats every month.
She answers the 11 PM "does it hurt?", books the consult tonight, and costs less than one filler appointment a month.
