Sells the intro offer
Explains your intro offer, packs and memberships in plain words, recommends the right one, and sends them to buy.
The first purchase is the hardest one to win.
For Pilates, yoga, barre and boutique fitness studios
A done-for-you AI front desk for studios. Ava answers every "is this OK for beginners?" at 10 PM, sells your intro offer, books the class or private, flags injury and pregnancy notes to your instructor, and follows up until they walk through the door.
Built by a Pilates teacher trainer. No per-chat fees. No contract. No sales call.
Where studios lose new clients
New clients work up the nerve after the kids are in bed, scrolling your schedule with a dozen small worries. If nobody answers, they close the tab. By the time the front desk replies, they've forgotten or booked somewhere else.
more likely to reach a lead when you respond within 5 minutes instead of 30.
MIT / InsideSales Lead Response studyis when "is this OK if I've never done it?" usually shows up. Your front desk is closed.
is when the phone rings and the DMs pile up, because your best people are teaching.
Intro-offer clients who don't hear from you again rarely become members. Follow-up is where the money is.
What Ava does for a studio
Trained on your schedule, class descriptions, intro offer, policies and voice. Set up by someone who has taught the classes and run the teacher training.
Explains your intro offer, packs and memberships in plain words, recommends the right one, and sends them to buy.
The first purchase is the hardest one to win.
Gets beginners into the right first class or intro private, with a confirmation and reminder.
Beginners book when someone tells them where to start.
Injury, surgery, pregnancy or a condition: Ava never gives medical advice, suggests the right starting point and flags the note to your instructor.
Safe for your clients and your liability.
People who asked but didn't book get emails in your voice on days 1, 2, 5 and 9. Intro no-shows get a reschedule nudge.
Most studio leads never get a second message.
One warm "we miss you" note to the clients who drifted in the last six months, with a reason to come back.
They already know the way to your door.
A second bot answers questions about hours, prerequisites, schedule and tuition, then collects applications or books info calls.
Teacher training is usually a studio's biggest ticket.
The questions your clients ask
Here's how Ava handles what new clients ask every studio, every day. Yours answers from your real schedule, prices and policies.
Absolutely, most of our clients started exactly where you are. Fundamentals is built for first-timers, and the intro offer gets you three classes to find your feet. Want me to grab you a spot this week?
Mat uses your body weight on the floor. Reformer adds a sliding carriage and springs, so you get support and resistance at the same time. Lots of beginners love reformer because the springs guide them.
Fitted clothes you can move in, nothing with zippers. Grip socks are required on the reformer. If you don't have any, we sell them at the front desk.
I can't give medical advice, so check with your provider if you're unsure. Many clients with back history start with an Intro Private so the instructor can tailor everything. I'll pass your note to them before you arrive.
Congratulations! Please get your provider's OK first. We have prenatal-trained instructors, and I'll let them know so they can give you modifications. Want the prenatal schedule?
You can cancel up to 12 hours before class at no charge. Inside 12 hours it counts as a late cancel and uses the class. Want me to send you the link to manage your bookings?
How often do you see yourself coming? Once a week, the 5-pack is the better deal. Twice a week or more, the unlimited membership pays for itself by week three.
We do! The next cohort starts in January. I can send you the hours, prerequisites and tuition, or book you a 15-minute info call with the program director.
Sample answers from a demo studio. Your policies, prices and class names replace these.

This is the real Ava, live. Ask whether she works with your booking software, what she'd cost your studio, or how she handles an injured client.

Built by a teacher trainer
I'm a Pilates teacher trainer. I built Ava for my own teacher certification first, because the same twenty questions came in every day while I was in the studio. Now she answers them at any hour, gets the email, and hands each person to a follow-up that runs by itself.
How it works
Day 1
Check out, then spend 5 minutes with my intake assistant: your classes, intro offer, policies and vibe.
Days 2 to 5
Trained on your schedule, class descriptions, prices and voice, connected to your booking links and email list.
Day 6
Ask it the hard ones: injuries, refunds, late cancels. Approve the personality, then it goes live.
Every month
I read the real chats, fix weak answers and add new classes, workshops and offers. You get a short report.

Studio owner questions
Yes. Ava sits on your website next to whatever scheduling software you already use, so nothing changes for your members. Where your software lets outside tools book classes, Ava can be set up to book directly, and the setup for your software is confirmed during intake. Where it doesn't, she sends the exact intro-offer or class link and follows up until they've booked.
No. Ava is set up to never diagnose anyone or clear them for exercise. When someone mentions an injury, surgery, pregnancy or a condition, she answers in general terms using wording you approve, suggests the right starting point (often a private or a beginner class), and flags the note to you or the instructor before the session.
That's the main job. Ava knows your intro offer, packs, memberships and prices, explains them in plain words, recommends the right one for how often the person wants to come, and sends them to buy or book. She never invents a discount you didn't approve.
On Bot Squad, no-shows get a friendly reschedule nudge instead of silence. On Lead Machine and Bot Squad, anyone who chatted but didn't book gets follow-up emails in your voice on days 1, 2, 5 and 9, which stop the moment they book.
Yes. Bot Squad includes old-lead reactivation: one warm "we miss you" note to past leads and members from the last six months, written in your voice, with a reason to come back that you choose. You export the list from your scheduling software and the rest is handled.
It covers the hours your front desk can't: nights, weekends, mid-class, and the same twenty questions every day. Anything that needs a person, like a billing issue, an unhappy member or a big package sale, is handed to you or your staff with the full conversation.
Yes. On Bot Squad, one of your three bots can be a teacher training bot that answers questions about hours, prerequisites, schedule, cost and certification, and collects applications or books info calls. The first bot I built was for my own Pilates teacher certification, so this is familiar ground.
Whatever you approve. The usual studio list: beginner classes, reformer vs. mat, what to wear, grip socks, how early to arrive, parking, cancellation and late-cancel fees, class packs vs. memberships, privates, prenatal and postnatal classes, gift cards and teacher training.
It's trained on your website, class descriptions, policies and social posts, and you approve its name and personality before it goes live. Calm and grounded, upbeat and boutique, or precise and clinical: it matches you.
Yes. Your bot gets its own chat link, so you can put it in your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile, your emails and a QR code at the front desk, as well as on your website.
Yes. Ava asks which location they're interested in, gives the right schedule, address and parking details, and alerts the right person. Multi-location studios usually fit Bot Squad.
Answer Bot is $29/month plus a $197 one-time build. Lead Machine, which adds booking and follow-up, is $49/month plus $397. Bot Squad, with up to 3 bots, is $99/month plus $797. No per-chat fees and no contract.
About a week. Check out, spend about 5 minutes with the intake assistant, share your schedule link, policies and intro offer, and approve your bot on test day. There's no sales call. If you can paste one line into your website settings, you can install it.
It only answers from information you approve. If it doesn't know, or someone is upset or ready to buy, it hands them to you with the full conversation. Every month a human reads the chats, fixes weak answers and adds new classes or offers.
You do, always, even if you cancel. Leads go to your email and your list. Ava collects a name, email and what the person is interested in. Payments and health forms stay in your booking software, where they belong.
Laurie Alfano, a Pilates teacher trainer who built Ava for her own teacher certification first. Atlas, her AI build partner, runs the builds, follow-ups and monthly reviews.
She covers the front desk after close, books your next intro class tonight, and costs less than one shift a week.
